Azefox Innovation Private Limited provides professional cybersecurity services including, but not limited to, penetration testing, compliance consulting, managed security operations, and incident response (the "Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any Services will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement signed by both parties.
3. Client Responsibilities
When engaging our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for us to perform the Services.
- Grant necessary permissions and authorizations for our team to conduct security assessments on your systems.
- Ensure you have the legal right to authorize security testing on the target systems and networks.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any reports, findings, or methodologies shared by Azefox Innovation Private Limited.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Azefox Innovation Private Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Deliverables provided to you as part of our Services become your property, provided that we retain all rights to our underlying methodologies, tools, pre-existing intellectual property, and general knowledge used to create the deliverables.
5. Confidentiality
Given the nature of our business, confidentiality is paramount. Both parties agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be executed and will supersede this clause in the event of a conflict.

In no event shall Azefox Innovation Private Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Azefox Innovation Private Limited is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
